Based on this job one of our most important mission is a job creation.

Our business is: social businesses in addition to economic justifications that guarantee the business continuity and it must be able to serve the poor people in the country and also serve the characteristics of environmental protection and development of culture and art. The projects also have a higher rate of job vacancy and the priority is with the projects due to the high unemployment rate in deprived areas.

In this way our activities such as:

The creation of a weaving carpet workshop in Sarbisheh( south khorasan) with capacity of more than 25 people, the establishment of a sewing workshop in Tehran as well as the efforts to sell rural handicrafts are in the report of the Roshd foundation.
